"The idea is it helps monitor your sleep which is the biggest factor in terms of recovery. The best things to aid recovery are sleep and nutrition. We're not checking on the players but it allows them to monitor their own recovery. Getting home from the game last night was really late. It might encourage you to have a nap in the afternoon or relax more.
"In the tournament, you have a heavy schedule. The kit men get back and wash the kit early in the morning. The staff all need to look after themselves and that's something we take very seriously."

"I only moved into the eight position after Christmas.
"My first discussions with him [Mikel Arteta] was to go to Arsenal and play as a six.
"But, as we started to play more Areteta liked me in the eight role and it gave us more balance - I can play both and I am happy to play eight or six. It is the managers decision I will go out and give 100% no matter what."
On Slovenia:

As a Chelsea supporter, I wouldn’t go with Gallagher.He has a good work ethic, but technically he’s short at this level.It’s clear to me that the press or lack of it has been the issue.Therefore I would drop Bellingham in alongside Rice and play a three of Gordon, Foden and Saka in behind Kane.Kane also needs to play high, he’s been far too deep.I’d also drop Trippier for either Trent or Konsa at Left back.

So, after two Euro 2024 games England sit on four points, top of Group C.
It hasn't been the explosive start many will have expected but Gareth Southgate's side have points on the board and look hard to break down.
Thursday's 1-1 draw with Denmark, however, led to further claims of imbalance in the England team, who are being labelled as too pragmatic for the wealth of attacking players Southgate has at his disposal.
But if England beat Slovenia on Tuesday, they will top their group.
